1, Description

CLN751 is a kind of alkaline cleaning agent specialized for RO and NF membrane, compounded with various surface active agent, chelating agent, alkaline auxiliary agent and membrane protective agent. CLN751 can be high effective and efficient to clean out organic substance like various oily muck, biological substances, colloidal particle and solid precipitant on the membrane surface, improve the normal cleaning performance, optimize the operation of the membrane system. 2, Technical Specification

Caution: CLN751 is liquid when temperature is higher than 10, and paste when temperature is lower than 10. Please stir and dissolve CLN751 in drying room with 35-45 before input.

4, Operation Instruction

Preparation for cleaning: Check the filtering tank, tubes and safety filter , add a new filter core if necessary, drain out all the water in the system.

Dispensing initial solution: Add CLN751 into the deionized water to make the standard solution with 1.5%-2% concentration, measure its PH of the solution, if PH is out of 11-12, please add caustic soda to adjust the PH.

Circulating cleaning: Clean the membrane statically and dynamically (20 minutes for circulating, then 20 minutes for immersing). Please keep the temperature around 35 - 40. The total cleaning time is 3-5 hours.

If the membrane is polluted seriously, please drain out the first cleaning solution to avoid settling and dispense the new cleaning solution to clean it again.

If the membrane is polluted very seriously, you need to immerse for one whole night . At the same time, keep the lower flow velocity to control the temperature in 35-40.

After cleaning, please use the percolated water t
